The Department of Statistics of Kyzylorda oblast is a territorial unit of the Agency on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan which realizes the most important task on providing state bodies, business circles, community of the region and the Republic with an objective statistic information on social-economic development of  Kyzylorda region and also realizes other functions on control and supervising  realization of the state politics  on statistical activity in the region

At the head of the Department are – the chief of the Department Sapar B. I.,   his deputies – Baekeeva M.J., Talkanbaev N.B.  There are 11 offices in the structure of the Department headed by -  Mandibaeva R.K., Lukpanova M.S., Balhanova T.M., Koptileuova K.M.,  Ermekova G.S.,   Rismahanova S.J., Asanova A.A., Nurkabilova G.J., Eskaraeva G.I., Doszhanova A.B., Kuttigulova S.S

In its structure the Department has the branches – 2 urban and 7 district sections of  Statistics  managed by  Baimahan S., Kalibaeva N.B., Kuttibaev B.J. They have been working in the system of statistics  of the republic for more than 10 years.

 Services on contract for computing, transmission and publication the region statistical information are accomplished by the branch state enterprise of the RSE «Information-Calculating Center  of the Agency on Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan» of the Kyzylorda region headed by Begaliev K.B. 

 There are   164 people employed in the body of the Kyzylorda region statistics now, 125 of which are the administrative civil servants, among them  74% are women, 19 of them  have been  working in  the Department longer than  15 years, 17 of them are  exemplary workers of statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Among the civil servants working in statistics body of the region 99,2% have higher  (94,4% - higher economic)  and 0,8% – secondary vocational education,  55,2% have length of service from  5 to 10 years, 12,8% - from 10  to 15 years and 15,2% more than 15 years; among them 96,8% are - Kazakhs. Among civil servants there are workers under 30 years old – 6,4%, from 31 to 40 – 31,2%, from 41 to 50 – 36,8%,   more than 50 years old– 25,6%. Their average age is 43 years old.
